Prof. Jens Lehne is Head of the Business Law Department and Professor of Public Commercial Law at the ZHAW as well as a lecturer in public commercial law at the University of St.Gallen. He received his doctorate from the University of St.Gallen and was admitted to the bar in the Canton of Zurich. He then worked as an attorney at a large commercial law firm in Zurich, as Head of Business Law Teaching and Deputy Head of the Department of Business Law at the ZHAW and as Head of Staff and Deputy Head of the Business Law Department at the ZHAW.
