Valerio Priuli is a senior lecturer in international and European law at ZHAW, focusing on migration law. He graduated in law from the universities of Zurich and Neuchâtel (2004–2010). He then worked as a legal advisor in the area of asylum at Freiplatzaktion Zurich, as a research assistant to Prof. Tobias Jaag at the Chair of Constitutional, Administrative, and European Law at the University of Zurich, as an auditor and court clerk at the District Court of Zurich, and as a trainee and attorney specializing in migration law at Advokaturbüro Langstrasse 4 in Zurich and the law firm BänzigerPallySchuler+ in Chur. He holds a doctorate in international law and has conducted research as a visiting fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law at the University of Cambridge (UK) and as a visiting researcher at the Amsterdam Center for International Law at the University of Amsterdam.
